I am writing this email to inform you that my son Josh has recently won second place in a piano competition that was held at North York Music Festival on April 27, 2013. He played Sonatina in C Major op. 13 no. 1 (movement 1) by Kabalevsky. 

This achievement can't be earned without Chun Ying's dedication, excellent teaching skills, and patience. I admire her attention to details and her ability to teach and express music to a very young pianist such as Josh. After months of preparation and hard work, it finally paid off. I thought it's only appropriate to commend and recognize Chun Ying Chu for her effort and great work.

Faith has received 92% for her (Basic Rudiments) theory exam.  She is pleasantly surprised.  We're very proud of her.

We'd like to sincerely thank you for the theory class during the summer.  Faith had a lot of fun!

Both of my sons had Makiko (Mori) as their instructor. One of them was 3 years-old and the other 10 years-old when they started. Makiko was awesome in Music Wonderland and extremely patient and meticulous in (my older son's) private lessons.

Mr. Harvey is an excellent teacher.

I've been very impressed with Miss (Vanessa) Hsu. She has a very positive manner. I've found it to be very age appropriate. In JMC1 it has been excellent for everything to be experienced positively. (She) creates an environment very supportive of learning. She is engaging and has a real gift for teaching. Her knowledge is very deep and she brings a rich amount of information, and also just the right amount of information to each class. She is also very well organized. Her manner is also subtle in a way that is very respective and gives people room to learn. I'm very grateful for the experience we've had in her course.
