Chunying is an accomplished pianist and violinist. She has performed many solo recitals and ensembles in Canada and Taiwan, including concerti with Concordia Symphony Orchestra. She is also an orchestral and choral conductor and has conducted church choir in Taiwan, Concordia Symphony Orchestra in Montreal and University of Toronto Concert Orchestra. As a teacher, Chunying has many experiences of teaching students in different ages and levels. In 2008, she received an award of the best teacher in the Music Competition of Culture.
