Mike was the Multi-Instrumental Instructor at the 2005 Yamaha Superstars Summer Music Camp. He was the recipient of the Doris Jackson Memorial Award for excellence and leadership in Jazz Performance at the University of Western Ontario in 2003-04. Mike has been a teacher assistant at the school music departments in London and Dundas, Ontario. He is active as a performer with several groups in Southern Ontario.
